Overview​

HalveonCloud is designed to make temperature, humidity, and device monitoring effortless for users across industries. With its intuitive interface, real-time data visualization, and powerful analytics, HalveonCloud empowers you to make data-driven decisions effectively.

Getting Started​

Start your journey with HalveonCloud in just a few steps.

Prerequisites​

Before you begin, ensure you have the following:

  • A HalveonCloud account — created by Halveon, the login details arrive by e-mail.
  • At least one Halveon data logger assigned to your account by Halveon.
  • A modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).

Goals of HalveonCloud​

HalveonCloud is built with the following goals in mind:

  1. Real-Time Monitoring:
    • Track live temperature, humidity, and battery levels from your devices.
  2. Data Visualization:
    • Visualize historical trends and analyze critical data with intuitive graphs.
  3. Device Configuration:
    • Configure alarms, flight modes, and location mapping for optimal performance.
  4. Simplified Management:
    • Access all your devices and their statuses in one centralized dashboard.

Setup and Installation​

Step 1: Log In​

  1. Navigate to HalveonCloud.
  2. Enter your credentials to log in.
  3. New customers receive their login details by e-mail when Halveon creates the account — see Your Account.

Step 2: Your Devices​

  1. Halveon assigns your devices to your account — you do not add devices yourself. They are listed on the Home page and the Device List. If a device was already recording before it was assigned to you, it shows the readings of up to 3 days before the assignment (never readings from another customer's time).
  2. A new device that has never been switched on cannot be started from the platform: press the START/STOP button on the logger. Once the device has connected, it shows its readings (see Home Page).
  3. Set the recording and alarm settings on the Device Configuration page (primary user).

Step 3: Start Monitoring​

  1. The Home page shows the charts, statistics and all devices.
  2. Choose devices and a period (1, 7, 30 or 60 days, or From / To) for the charts; click a device number for its details.

Device Configuration​

  • Configure alarms for temperature and humidity thresholds.
  • Set flights for devices (Flight Mode Configuration).

Alerts and Notifications​

E-mails (recipients set in Notification Settings) when:

  • A device's readings leave its alarm limits, and when they are back inside (Alarms).
  • A device's battery is low or critical, or almost or fully charged on the charger (Notification Settings).
